This ultra-compact GMRS/FRS two-way radio value pack offers radios with a range of up to 27 miles. Also included are rechargeable ultra high capacity (1500 mAh) lithium ion batteries and a two port desktop charger. The desktop charger wall adapter can also charge one radio through its speaker/microphone/charge jack. Other features include 10-Channel NOAA All Hazards Radio, Vibralert silent paging, VOX hands free operation, 10-channel memory, and a scan feature. You can save as many as 10 channels in the memory and then scan as many as you would like. The characters on the display are so tiny you need a magnifying glass to read them. Mine also arrived with a bad power adapter that would turn on/off and not charge the units. The units sit in the charging stand very loosely, and that makes it hard for the units to make contact and charge properly.
I returned them immediately - I never got to try them out because they couldn't be charged.
I bought these to replace a pair of Motorola's - that was a big mistake. I bought Motorola units again.

The product Quality seems to be B+. The total package still fails. Why!!! Because the base unit two way radios "voice activation feature" does not work with the headset package that it comes with and they knew it before they packaged it and sent it out.
I bought my daughter and son-inlaw to be a set of two way radios with voice activation so that they could enjoy their bike rides together safely and with constant communication with the voice activated feature advertised with these two way radios. The day of the trip, they could not figure out how to get it to work.
A week later, when they had time, my daughter called customer support only to find out that they knew that it did not work. They did not offer any suggestions or willingness to send a head set that does work.
I really think they should have sent her a head set that does work. Seventy dollars is a lot of money to pay for a device that does not work on one of the most basic and attractive features of the radios.
